Ever since I read Rigged: The True Story of an Ivy League Kid Who Changed the World of Oil, from Wall Street to Dubai
, I've been intrigued with the city of Dubai. It sounds like the adult playground of the world, including the tallest buildings in the world as well as bizarre recreation scenarios, so I have got to check that out. Dubai also seems to have ambitious developments and complex municipal zones, each with its own laws, so I'll need to research those and update this post accordingly.
